Greenville Apartments

McGillicuddy Concrete helped create flooring and a pool pavilion for the Lofts at Woodside Mill.

We love projects with history, and Woodside Mill certainly is filled with character. Founded in 1902, John T. Woodside created the successful cotton mill. Over 100 years later, this beautiful building has now been fully restored and converted to loft-style apartments. Our team at McGillicuddy Concrete is thrilled to work on this unique, adaptive reuse concrete construction project in Greenville, SC. The project included creating exposed concrete floors for each level, as well as a pool pavilion, and our team poured over 450,000 square feet of topping slabs. This has been an exciting commercial concrete project for our team.

Every member of our leadership team has risen up through the ranks. We know how the job is supposed to be done, because we’ve done every job. We’ve been laborers who rose to project superintendents and beyond. This is why we’re so dedicated to training quality employees and building the best team in the business.
