McGillicuddy Concrete is proud to have partnered with THS Constructors on Project Dogwood in Clinton, SC. This extensive project, which began in March 2024, involved the pouring of 60,000 square feet of interior concrete slab within an existing building and another 160,000 square feet for a new interior addition. Our scope also included 35,000 square feet of exterior concrete paving, sidewalks, and truck ramp. This work showcases our team's expertise in delivering high-quality concrete solutions for large-scale commercial projects.
The completed facility will serve as a high-tech machinery shop warehouse, requiring durable and precisely finished concrete surfaces. Our McGillicuddy team and crew's commitment to excellence ensured the safe, on-time, and successful completion of this crucial phase for Project Dogwood, laying the foundation for a state-of-the-art facility.
