Multi-Use Complex
McGillicuddy Concrete helps bring Judson Mill back to life in Greenville.
We were thrilled to participate in the adaptive reuse project happening in Greenville at Judson Mil. In the early 1920’s, Judson Mill was the largest among a collection of textile mills known as the “Mill Crescent.” Judson Mill’s 36-acre complex has now been undergoing a transformation into a “live-work-and-play mixed-use district” for the next generation.
Contractor Triangle Construction has been hard at work bringing this building back to life. Our team at McGillicuddy was proud to take part in this transformation.
McGillicuddy poured the foundations for the bar and restaurant “Cowboy Up,” as well as the two-floor mezzanine foundation at rock climbing center “Block Haven,” the kitchen area at co-op “Feed & Seed,” the loading dock, the Warehouse deck and patio, and we created a beautiful entrance to the complex that welcomes residents and guests alike. It was a big job, but our team at McGillicuddy Concrete is proud of the results.
